Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Registration and Fees
By completing registration and submitting payment for the Learn to Skate & Stick and Puck program offered by Streetsville Hockey League (the “Program”), you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
2. Refund Eligibility
Participants may request a full refund of Program fees if the refund request is received at least seven (7) days prior to the official start date of the Program. Any refund requests received less than 7 days before the Program’s start date will not be eligible for a refund.
Example: If the Program begins on Monday, April 13, 2026, then refund requests must be received by Monday, April 6, 2026 to qualify for a full refund.
3. No Prorated Refunds
Once you are registered and payment has been processed, Program fees are non-proratable. This means that if you begin the Program and later stop participating, no partial refunds will be issued for sessions you do not attend unless approved by the Programs Manager John Culleton.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after approval.
5. Program Cancellations by Streetsville Hockey
In the event that the Program cannot proceed as scheduled due to circumstances outside the League’s control (e.g., facility cancellations, extreme weather closures, or insufficient registrations), Streetsville Hockey League reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Program.

If the Program is cancelled entirely, participants will be offered a full refund.

If the Program is rescheduled and participants cannot attend the new dates, a refund will be offered only if the written refund request is received at least 7 days before the revised start date.
6. No Refund for Missed Sessions
Refunds will not be offered for individual sessions that are missed due to participant choice, illness, scheduling conflicts, or any other reason once the Program has started.
7. Policy Acknowledgement
By registering for the Program, participants (or their parent/guardian) acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy as a condition of participation.
