Refund & Registration Policy
Equipment Requirements
All participants must wear full CSA-approved hockey equipment at every session. This includes helmet with full face protection, neck guard, shoulder pads, elbow pads, gloves, hockey pants, shin pads, skates, and stick. Players without full equipment will not be permitted on the ice.
Refund Policy
Refunds are available up to 7 days prior to the first session of the program.
No refunds will be issued within one week of the program start date.
No Prorated Fees
This program is sold as a full 10-week development session.
There are no prorated fees, partial refunds, or drop-in options available.
Missed Sessions
Missed sessions due to illness, scheduling conflicts, or other personal reasons are non-refundable and cannot be credited or transferred.
Schedule Changes
Streetsville Hockey League reserves the right to adjust session times or dates due to arena operations, weather, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
In the event a session must be cancelled, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule the missed session. If a session cannot be rescheduled, a refund will be issued for that specific missed date
