Refunds
Full refunds are available for all registrations up to March 15.
After March 15, refunds will only be issued if the vacated spot is successfully filled by another player or team.
If a replacement is not found, no refund will be provided.
Friend Requests
Friend requests are welcome and will be considered where possible. To submit a request, email [email protected]
Requests are not guaranteed and may be limited to ensure competitive balance and proper roster distribution within each division.
All requests must align with the overall balance and competitiveness of the division.
Team & Roster Accuracy
Teams must be registered as advertised and accurately reflect the skill level and composition stated at the time of registration.
If a team is found to be significantly misrepresented, the league reserves the right to remove the team from 4-on-4 play or reassign them as deemed appropriate.
Please be fully forthcoming and transparent when submitting your roster to avoid issues or removal.
Registration Monitoring & Waitlist Policy
While registration confirmations are sent automatically, registration forms are not monitored 24/7. During periods when the form is not actively monitored, including weekends and holidays, divisions may fill before a registration is reviewed.
If this occurs, a player may be placed on the waitlist even if a registration confirmation was received.
We monitor registrations closely; however, in rare cases a division may fill while a registration is pending review. If this happens, we apologize for the inconvenience and a full refund will be issued promptly.
